The plastic mould steels we offer are equipped with properties like

• M461: precipitation hardening steel grade for plastic moulds, featuring good machinability in the as supplied, precipitation hardened condition.
  
  
• M303: Stainless martensitic chromium steel, offering excellent toughness, corrosion and wear resistance. It is characterized by improved machinability and polishability.
  
  
• M315: Corrosion resistant mouldframe / bolster steel with a significantly improved machinability compared to 1.2085 steels.
  
  
• M333-ESR: Corrosion resistant plastc mould steel with optimum polishability for mirror finish, improved thermal conductivity, as well as exceptional toughness and hardness.
  
  
• M340-ESU: High performance plastic mould steel with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness, etchability and polishability.
