All members of our staff participate in our integrated Quality Management System. The QM-System, an important tool to achieve a constantly high quality level, is applied to all products of BÖHLER BLECHE GmbH.

Our QM-System is based on the approval according to ISO 9001:2000 and EN 9100:2003.

Our Quality policy

BÖHLER BLECHE specializes in the production of single hot rolled sheets, plates and blanks in various surface and edge finishes from high speed steels, high alloyed tool steels, special corrosion resistant steels, other specialities as well as Ni- and Co-base alloys. Our aim is to guarantee the demands on our products in a secured manner and the continuous improvement of our products and services to achieve a long-term partnership with our customers for mutual benefits and to ensure an appropriate profit to our owners. Our total commitment to quality is the basis of our QM-System according to EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN 9100:2003 and is applied to all products of BÖHLER BLECHE and meets all relevant QM-standards. The effectiveness of our Quality Management System is under a continuous improvement process. To make sure that our quality standard is constantly increasing quality aims are defined. The fulfill of these aims are discussed during the management review. Every production step is planned, implemented and monitored under strictly controlled conditions. Results are permanently documented and available for inspection at any time. The success of BÖHLER BLECHE is dependent upon the qualification, personal performance, flexibility and motivation of our entire staff. Our high standards require that all employees understand this quality policy and contribute to its success as they carry out their duties. Vendors have an influence on the quality of our products. Therefore a continuous communication shall take place to involve them in our quality philosophy.
